Arrive Dibrugarh, meet ans assist at the airport. Upon arrival transfer to the hotel. The town of Dibrugarh is on the banks of Brahmaputra. Dibrugarh which is the headquarter of the district derived its name from Dibarumukh. The name derived from the mouth(mukh) of the river Dibaru or Dibru(Bodo word dibru, a blister). Early morning, drive to Jorhat, en-route Sivasagar which is 65 kms /1 ½ hrs drive (Tinsukia to Sivasagar is 195 kms / 3 hrs drive). Visit Charaideo,maidams or graveyards, Shiva Temple, Rang Ghar & many more. Overnight stay at the hotel in Jorhat.
After breakfast, transfer to Nimatighat and then charter a ferry to Majuli (maximum two vehicle can go on the ferry, so if the group size is big then the guests have to be accommodated in two vehicles for going in & around Majuli).Visit Vaishnava Sattras, Later see the Satriyya dance. Evening return by ferry to Nimati Ghat and drive to Kaziranga (Approx. 120 kms / 2 hrs drive). Overnight stay at the hotel in Kaziranga.
